As shown by Rich Piana. Take some plain yogurt, the big tubs from walmart as cheap as possible. No sugar added whatsoever. Dump 2 scoops of your protein in there and/or some mass gainer. Whip up till its a yogurt type substance. I tried this out about 2 weeks ago and haven't looked back since. Have one before I go to sleep every night. Over 80 grams of protein, high caloric, healthy fats, and doesn't taste too bad + super easy to make. If you can finish the whole tub without feeling like your stomach is going to explode you are one bad man.
