started cardio back this week. wow it's tough. took 2 months off of cardio. never again
 
People talk so much trash about cardio sometimes. I think it's important, and like you, if I have a period without it I find my conditioning fades fast.

I love bicycling and feel like my leg growth has improved with the improvement in cardio fitness allowing me to push the intensity on leg day...
 
Half hour everyday for the most part. Mon/wed/Fri I usually go an hour.
 
Give me focus mitts or thai pads for an hour and I'm crispy in the best possible way!:winkfinger:
 
An hour everyday after lifting. I'll never look back. It feels so fucking good.
