Hello everyone. Glad to be a member here. Just turned 30 and I'm overdue to get back where I want to be physically. I used to be into armature body building years ago but I started lifting again about a year ago. I just finished a PH cycle and I'm 5'10" and 190. Not as lean as I want to be yet but hittin it hard. Ready to do some real gear soon to get ready for summer. The forum looks great and I'm happy to be here.
 
Welcome man. Best advise i can give you, get lean (6-9%) before you blow up :)

Thanks 123. I am close. Hitting a ton of cardio and watching the calorie and carb intake also. Thanks for the advice
