MASTERON E/P ratio-formula

Whats the formula for stacking mast? Example I read mast should be ran higher than your test..?
Is this true? I have never ran mast YET... So what if my test E cycle consists of 700 mg of test E a week. Running mast higher than that would not be ideal or safe right?
Please experienced mast users throw me a bone here on the ratio and formula to a test mast stack thanks gentleman

400-600 mg is pretty common for Mast-E. Bump up to 6 halfway through.

I've ran 600-800 in my last cycle, but I'm a big framed man. Most tend to do well with 400-600.

I hate fast esters, so I can't help on Mast P.

As above . I don't think there is a ratio that is like a formula for the mast dose but most do fine on 400 - 600 mg/wk . I usually run about 500mg/wk . I also don't think it matters wheather it's mast prop or enanthate .

Biggs use long esters like they're short esters

So its ok if my test E is at 700 mg and pinn 600 mg of mast each week?

I'd start with 400, than bump up to 600 after a while along with a bump in Test.
