I'm cutting now but my question is when I'm done I will want to start adding muscle back but don't want to pile on fat I just lost by suddenly raising food intake drastically. advice please.
Don't raise food drastically. Take you time slowly raising your food back up. Stick with some light cardio and monitor your progress. Don't just go from 2200 calories to 3500. If you do that, you will get fat
