Hey, what's up everybody!
I've been reading the forums here for a while now, and finally joined. I plan to learn a lot from everyone here, and will ask many questions so I can reach my goals.
I'm not entirely new to juice. I've been running it for about 3 months now. My only regret is that I hired a "coach" (he owns the gym I workout at, and has extensive knowledge in this area) instead of doing all my research on my own. I've learned a good bit, and have certainly made some SERIOUS gains, but I look forward to learning more!
