Im just finishing up job training in the military after a long twenty weeks of basic and AIT. this is what I'd looked like before I got in about six months ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMOJ-0VPe6w after losing one hundred pounds over about three years of running and lifting and diet. Unfortunately these last six months have sucked and as I mentioned in my inTroduction thread I'm in worse shape now than I was when I went into the military! Of course I've lost size and strength due to all the running and stress and lack of rest during Initial Military Training. Thankfully it'sover in just a wweek or two and my lifting buddy back home got me a Christmas gift - my first cycle. He just did it straight of the recommendation but since I have some time before I get out of here and to my unit ( and spend a few months getting back into the groove) I figured I'd ask around more and see what others thought. Granted I can't change what I've got now or the five hundred bucks he spent on a Christmas/military graduation present but if there's something I should be adding removing or doing differently I will.
 
Seems a little light on the test but for your first cycle it should be ok if your diet and training are on point. Not sure I would recommend playing with Winny on your first cycle ... most people would recommend a simple test cycle for your first run. Running the Adex throughout is a good idea, but u will want to switch to Nolvadex and Clomid in your PCT. Read the sticky posts about first cycle and PCT so you can have that lined up before you start. Read around and soak up some knowledge before you jump into it bro.
