Unfortunately these last six months have sucked and as I mentioned in my inTroduction thread I'm in worse shape now than I was when I went into the military! Of course I've lost size and strength due to all the running and stress and lack of rest during Initial Military Training. Thankfully it'sover in just a wweek or two and my lifting buddy back home got me a Christmas gift - my first cycle. He just did it straight of the recommendation but since I have some time before I get out of here and to my unit ( and spend a few months getting back into the groove) I figured I'd ask around more and see what others thought. Granted I can't change what I've got now or the five hundred bucks he spent on a Christmas/military graduation present but if there's something I should be adding removing or doing differently I will.
