I started reading some threads on here and decided I should join. The regulars seem to know what they are talking about. I'm an old bastard, 50, and only did my first cycle at 48. I've been working out regularly for over 20 years. I've done a couple more cycles since and as much as I've learned, there is so much more. I need to catch up. LOL

Looking forward to learning more and getting to know you guys.

Thanks so much everyone. Spent the weekend driving to and from Montreal. what is normally a 4.5 hour drive, turned out to be a nightmare. (8 hours each way) I knew it would, but really wanted to see my Daughter before Xmas and not after. Arrived home safe and sound and it was well worth it.

I'm looking forward to picking your brains in the future.
