Hi all. Played ball back in the late 80's and early 90's. The strength coaches supplied all we needed back then. I am 40 and still in above average shape, but would like to get to "another" level.

I started back lifting and eating high protein/low carb. Down from 240 6 months ago. Would like to get some size back and continue to cut bf %.
