Hey brothers how's it going? I was just wondering I know I'm not the only one here who had to work 12hr shifts and still try to live the lifestyle; I was just wondering how some of you do it. I only work 4 days a week but it's hard to hit the gym sleep eat and cooking meals in the 12hrs You have off. Now I still go 4 Times a week and my job sites me to eat whenever I feel like it but was still wondering how you guys do it. I usually pack a lunch box filled with baked chicken breast white rice and a couple turkey sandwiches to get me through the day.
