Hey gang so a few members have asked me about my mention of pinning pecs.
Thought I'd lay out a quick how to and a pic for u.
I go roughly 2 " up from nipple. Flex your pec and find the meatiest part which usually is roughly 2" about your nipple.
I use a 23g by 1". Pierce the skin very slow...after that its smooth sailing. Just go straight in pulp fiction style. As u can see my pec is a weak muscle group for me and I can bury even a 1.5" but stick with a 1" guys.
Why pecs? Easy to see, easy to reach, doesn't effect sitting or side sleeping positions. 2 more sites to make rotations easier.
I have only done 2ml max thus far. I'd start with 1 ml for a while to get the pec used to oil.
