Caber is meant for lowering prolactin. You do not need it, or anything else like it.
As for using nolva on cycle along with AI, it is only really needed if you are really sensitive to gyno. Like me for example.
As for your Adex dosing, I would try .5mg eod and have bloods done. Adex is potent and with an AI...more usually isnt better. You may stop estrogen but you will also crush it which is bad, and fuck your lipids to hell.
Also the questions you are asking are all starter questions. I would recommend going through a full PCT, treating gyno, then looking into how to properly run a cycle.
This should have been set up before you ever started your cycle.
If you are not going to do that, then order all of this immediately. Start with nolvadex 20mg ed for 2-3 weeks and adex .5mg eod for the remainder of the cycle. If at any point you start to feel gyno sides throw nolva back in and gets bloods done (you should also look into bloods now).
