I'm a Clinical Exercise Specialist, and from my experience working with various BP monitors this one is the least accurate.

I have an 86 year old client come in saying his BP was 170/115. He told me he was using a wrist BP monitor he got from Walmart. I took his BP using a manual BP cuff and stethoscope. He came in @ 130 /62. That was mid workout. If you get the auto BP monitor for your upper arm, make sure the cuff size range matches the circumference of your arm. If the cuff is too small, it will give an erroneous reading.
Most cuffs are made for arms around 13.5. " some go up to 16" max. I use a cuff range of 16.5"-23". Got it off Amazon for around a hundred bucks

Right on i didnt know that... its reassuring knowing that that monitor is known to be off. Tho I know its gonna be slightly high due to be on cycle tren e of course... Im gonna shop invest in a good one from amazon market place, they are fairly priced. I will research reviews before I purchase one. thx for the help boss.

I plan on running test e at 300mg/wk, deca for sore joints at 300mg/wk, and tren e starting at 200mg/wk then bumping once sides are assessed.

Wow... Never would I add DECA an tren in the same cycle bud there both 19-nors I would just do the DECA if your trying to bulk save the tren for summer. For joints bro take it from someone that had joint problems when I cut I like DECA then throw in some var to

IML Gear Cream!
Research a little more on here why not to add two 19-nors to much shutdown.

There's nothing wrong with running tren and nandrolone . I've done it several times . Lot's of guys do it . Just keep your e2 in check .

I agree a 100%. High BP is a silent killer. Contrary to popular belief, it virtually has no outright physical symptoms. I've had clients come in with BP @160-170 systolic feeling jus t fine
Meanwhile your internal organs, heart, and vascular

When on cycle I take my BP 2-3 times a week. Amazing how many people do not take it seriously.

Aw, look at that dogbig.... I just max'ed you out on reps....... SORRY :)

We had a wrist monitor and after looking into it (amazon reviews lol) the consensus is these are just not consistent or accurate. We ended up with a traditional cuff style and sure enough it reads higher. I recommend as close to what doctors use as possible for most accurate results.

EDIT: Regular boy size for me, Fat boy size cuff for TC LOL. He is borderline obese ;)
