Just got this in and gave it a go for today's chest workout and cardio.
Taste: 9/10 tasted like bubblicous bubble gum with no bad after taste
mixing: 10/10 mixed very easily no clumps or flakes
pumps: 8/10 You can tell some pumps nothing crazy like prodigy but def feel it
energy and endurance: 9/10 Solid energy with very nice boost in endurance. I went with a 5x5 on chest lifts and manged
Incline barbell bench: 155 x 8 warm up followed by 185 x 5 reps for 5 sets
db flat bench: 60 lbs x 5,5,5,5,5
machine flyes 150 lbs x 10,10,10
cardio 30 minutes treadmil 1.70 miles.
