U are far better off with lr3 igf. It has around a 24 half life.

At 100mcg of lr3 Ed I noticed my recovery was far improved. ESP the day after a brutal gym session. I didn't feel like a train hit me lol. Improved recovery, muscle fullness was mostly what I noticed.

At 50mcg Ed it's ok. My buddy said 200-300 Ed it's nuts how hard u can train and quickly recover.

It's systematic igf meaning the entire body grows vs say igf des.

The reason guys get muscle off gh is the increased IGF levels.

If u can afford lr3 at 100mcg Ed mixed with gear....u should enjoy it!
