I'm looking for unique or under appreciated work out plans. Radical is good but anything with a unique out look on the way you should lift would be much appreciated.
I don't have a complete plan for you but lately I have been going old school and doing reverse grip bench press. been doing low weight (185) hard and fast for sets of 15 with 60 second rest between sets until I can't do any more.
5/3/1's BBB with an added 5th day for Mountain Dog Arms has been working really well for me to build mass. In a month I'm going back to GVT for the mid-section of my cycle (~2 months), then I'll finish off the last month with some periodization work/Sheiko to get ready for my conditioning phase (for competitive powerlifting).
Would definitely recommend 5/3/1's BBB if you want mass and strength or GVT if you're looking for pure mass.
