New to the forum and to anabolics. I have been lifting pretty hard for about 15 years and am currently 5'7" 220lbs 34" waist; in my mid 30's. I am currently working to get my waist back down to about 32" and then would like to try my first run of test e standalone for a boost in bulking. I have dabbled in PH use over the years and have found a few I like but "test is best". I have been using this site as a research tool so I figured I would join. My current thoughts are I will run Test e at 500ml per week for 10 week followed by a good pct. I plan to get it from AnabolicAmerica Any helpful tips would be appreciated.
