I myself missed open enrollment and ended up landing a respiratory infection from smoking a lot of resin among other things. Just thought I would offer this up to all the uninsured.

Go to you local pet store or fish aquarium store and look for a product containing Erythromycin Anti-Bacterial Fish medication. It's by water volume so you can translate to body weight. 1 pack per 10 gallons, 1 gallon - 8lbs = 1pack for 80lb. It taste like shit but you'll be much happier with $14 then the uninsured doc visit.

There are multiple types of antibiotics and anti fungal available to do the research and pick the one that suits your needs.

This is a classic way to get some antibiotics without prescription. My only advice would be to search around and try to find out how many mg of erythromycin or other antibiotic there actually is per packet and work off of that (1 gallon of fish tank water doesn't translate into the same as bodyweight, you'd be better off knowing the mg per packet) and trying to get one without too many additives.

The ones I got are nice and labeled at 200mg EM active ingredient, also a farmers store down the road from me the offers antibiotics for cattle and horses.

We get ours from all day chemist. I've done 3 orders from them for antibiotics, levitra, b-12, and retin-a and they're dirt cheap. Of course you get raped on shipping, but everything is human grade.

These are all great suggestions!

Thanks for the info ALxSR. This is good to know. I have to agree with Rainier, the water volume to bodyweight conversion doesn't hold water, no pun intended.

I cannot caution you guys enough about irresponsible antibiotic use. You want to know what, in my opinion, is going to be the downfall of the human race? Not an asteroid, not a virus, but an antibiotic-resistant strain of bacteria that we can't fight with any of our current medications, partly because of irresponsible antibiotic use. Buying fish mox and running an improper dose, or running it for the wrong amount of time is exactly what I am talking about. Another contributor would be the improper disposal of leftover antibiotics. Don't contribute to the end of human civilization as we know it, if you are considering using antibiotics without seeing an MD, DO, or NP, please post up before you do so other can give you feedback about duration and dose.

http://www.calvetsupply.com/--antibiotics in pill form with normal mg counts;i.e. Doxy @ 200 mgs. If you're going to pin, learn the signs of infection and the proper protocol for use and have some on hand. There as useful as nova. But GS is frighteningly correct, their abuse is bad for the whole race (if you don't believe us, look here for one example http://www.npr.org/blogs/health/201...iotics-leaving-only-one-drug-to-treat-disease). So know what you're doing or go to the emergency room and pay the bill of monthly.

I'm with you guys and honestly I rarely get sick enough to need antibiotics. Last time I used them was when some dirty little bitch gave me something extra from a night of fun... Got Doxy and one other, but that was 2 years ago. So I'd say I try not to abuse them at all.

I just got some the other day lol!! I got ciprofloxin. Im beta testing my bro's new "liq oral" b-12 and b-12 lipos, AMP, msten, and next week Trest base. Got these just incase. I used to use aas a few years back, and a good friend recommended having antibiotics on hand, or dont shoot!!. Better safe than sorry. I got my fish antibiotics online, if i can post source i will? But basically, get cipro, amoxicillan, or similar, for bacterial infections, but dont take em unless you know you get an infection. I have only taking antibiotics for maybe 2 x in 10+ years. They do nothing for viruses, and most colds etc, can be cut short by loading up on Vit c and a zinc lozange, etc.

How do you know when you actually have an "infection"? What signs do you look for? How would you dose your cipro if you needed to take it?
Well, from injection, red, swollen, etc, Never had abcess, but my first few cycles 7-8 yrs ago was Mex gear super test 250, which was great, but the other was some off brand i dont remember, and it gave me a big swole spot, for 2-3 days. Never got abcess , but i was very grateful it wasnt worse.
Cipro as well as other antibiotic doses are all over the net on Doc /md pages. Not hard to find. My cipro is 250 mg for ? gallons of aquarium tank water lol. If needed i would take 3-6 per day for a few days, then drop it down 3-4 for another 7-10 days. Amox and cipro are usually this dose for 10 days. I have kids, so i have seen there amoxicillian from dentist was similar, most are to be takin for 10 days.

Google is very useful, but if serious then of course go to a Pro.

Red, swollen and painful injection site is the first sign--though you can have that reaction if there is too much BA in the mix too. What I look for is that redness and swelling to spread, and then a temperature begins as the body attempts to systemically fight off the infection.
