I recently started CoQ10 (thanks nocode) and a baby aspirin. What is the secret- hydration, dehydration, cialis, 325 mg aspirin an hour before, no food for 24 hrs before? I am using this as my precycle bloodwork, and haven't been to a GP or PCP in over 10 yrs.
