What up guys goings to start bulking again pretty soon. Shooting for 320lbs by December. Looking for some new goodies to throw in my blender for mass. I've been using 2 cups whole milk, 1 cup steel oats, couple who nu cookies and scoop of whey in the am. Besides nuts and fruit what else you guys like to add?
