Hello,
New to this site so not sure the protocol. This is the first form that I have ever joined. Was referred to the form by my cousin which was referred by a friend of his. Not sure of his friends screen name or would of used it in the referral sec. I’m sure my cousin will be joining soon. I used to get gear from the china man but site closed and then heard about this form. Got a few cycles under the belt mostly in the fall and winter times due to work. But fall is on its way and I’m ready to get Huge!
Hope to get a lot of info on training, tips and diet.

One thing you'll need to know off the bat is you need to get your post count up over 10 before you can use the PM feature here. There are a number of threads dedicated for just that, like this one:
