Firstly, are these powders legal? If they are then I'm assuming asking for a reliable source wouldn't be against the rules. Also, is there a powder for HGH?

Nope. Just the same as if they were in vials.

Not that I've seen and its highly unlikely there ever will be. The measuring precision required to dose HGH appropriately makes having powder almost useless unless you have some very expensive lab equipment.
