Man, I have studied my ass off. T-nation has a 3000 page (almost) read on the anabolic diet. Not truly ketogenic, as you carb up for 36 hrs every week, in 2 weeks, I have gone from 243 to 227- likely a lot of water, but I am sure I am finally sub 20% BF. have not carb-ed up, either which will put some back on.
