Can I lower red blood by giving blood. I also here it takes over three thousand calorie to replenish blood after giving. I need advice.
 
Not sure about the calories but you should probably donate some blood soon.

Edit: found online that it takes around 650 calories to replenish the blood donated

So many variables here. Are you using eq or any other EPO? It's less the calories as it is time to replenish blood.
