What do your other measurements and the rest of your training look like?

Google 'Mountain Dog Arms' That routine worked very well for my arms gaining 1.250 inches in two months

switch the regiment give it a shot with back and biceps. When u do your back exercise u hit up the biceps too so maybe u dont have enough time to rest them that would impair your growth.

I agree with what Wladimir said, I train Back and Bi's on the same day, and have had no problem with growth ever since.

I would suggest pre exhaustion and switching up rep ranges, exercises, order of exercises and everything. It all counts

Love single arm preacher curls and decline bench bilateral hammer curls with wide hands

More volume. You are not doing that many sets. Try doubling what you are currently doing. Your arms will be sore the next day.

I don't train arms very often. If I did they would outpace the rest of my muscles, making me look uneven. I did do biceps & triceps last night. A lot of sets, pyramid sets, drop sets, etc. Basically light to moderate weight but little to no rest. Hi reps and a lot of sets.

Sometimes overtraining is the reason for not seeing growth. Biceps are pretty small muscles. I do three sets and thats it. Biceps get worked again on back day. I've noticed better gains with less volume.

I personally go with the method of not stopping until you cant do one more rep. I use pyramid sets and drop sets for alot of exercises, including curls. Just start low since they are considered smaller muscles.

I love a good preacher bench. Go to the bottom of the curl, use lots of different angles ie hammer, ez curl, vary grips, flat side of preacher of bench and other spider curls etc for brachialis aka peaking work.

I usually do 2-3 sets and 4-5 different exercises. I'm at 18" now. Just started working triceps again hoping to hit 19-20" soon.
