After about 5 years I put together a program that hits everything I want to hit and gives my body the best results. Take it as just that, something that's worked for me. I like doing this program for 8 weeks, spliting the body parts by cardio or abs, then another 8 weeks where I super-set everything and do cardio/abs at the end. After that I go back, review the program, and change it where it's needed. I see my body as an ongoing experiement, always striving to get bigger, better, faster, and stronger. I'm about to run some AMA gear under this program and compare the results I got without gear. Here's the open source files of everything:

There's a reason I did it the way I did, they're not word files, they're Excel, and I had to make them into PDFs to get them as far as I did.

Well this went down a road I was not expecting.

The reason it's in excell is because I have to neatly organize and document every workout I have. I'm doing a research paper on injuries and recovery times and one of the variables is the use of AAS.

Hey bro I looked at ur schedule,, im by no means a pro of lifting and veterans here can chime in more,, I like ur lifts everything is set up nice I do the same variation except on my leg days 1 of them I got 2 a week I do dead lifts I dudnt see those in ur schedule to me those are very important,, and on ur biceps it looks like u have way to many lifts like 6 diff lifts may be over working but everyone has their own style and what they like,, and ur shoulder workouts u combine ur traps n shoulders which is fine, I like to seperate them,, but overall its badass tho, this ur routine u been doin for awhile?

I'm just starting on the paper, right now it's the information gathering point, not much to post.

Yeah, so far that workout is what I have been able to tailor to get the best results for myself. I do a lot with Bis because that is one of my lacking areas, I can't go too heavy just because I have bad wrist functions from breaking them both when I was younger. I do deadlifts to finish off leg days, and good morning to finish off back days. I try to stay away from anything heavy with them because I broke my back a couple years ago. The reason traps are with shoulders is I like to start off with a couple big compound for them and move onto the shoulders that way, by the end of the workout, they're blasted.
