Ok guys what is your least favorite exercise.... and I don't mean something that kills you that you love. What exercise do you absolutely hate and will not do. I'll go first:

Bent over barbell rows.... fuckin hate them

Hmm, that's a tough one, I always go through phases of hating certain exercises/muscle group than loving doing them more than anything. I used to despise shoulder day. Now I love training shoulders. Same thing for back and one point in time. No I love training back. Right now my least fav is probably legs.

Haha! How about the guy that uses the squat rack for chins when there is a chin bar 10ft away!

Romanian Deadlifts. I suck at them.

Thats how I know I need to do them. Over and over. And over.

Watch my RDL get on par as my deadlift soars.

I'm with VRaptor. Bent over barbell rows. towards the end of sets when I'm fatigued I risk hurting my back. I've put myself out of commission for a couple weeks twice already. I still do em time to time but I stop if I can't keep good form.

Cardio; also the general act of working out... If I could be shredded by sitting on the couch and eating twinkies all day; guess what I would be doing all day...

Walking lunges, HATE em, pure will... Tho i still do em so it doesnt fall to "don't do" category.
Don't do would be jogging^^
