Alright, I just received my AY order of T3 and Clenbuterol. I plan to start up within the next few days and I'll post back here a couple of times a week with weight and possibly photo results for anyone who is interested in following along to see what kind of results I get from a 42 day cycle of Clen/T3.

Some Background Info
I maintain a decent diet and have a good understanding of basic nutrition. I gym 3 - 4 days a week for an hour, burning on average, about 900 calories per hour. I run an office based business so the rest of my time is spent usually sitting. I'm 31 years old, 5'9" and 205lbs (usually 185 - 190lbs). I usually put this weight on every couple of winters but it's been getting harder and harder to take it off, so I enlisted AY for some help. I would like to and then below my usually 185lb to 175/170lbs.

My Plan
I'll be taking in about 2000 calories p/day Across 6 meals. Mainly lean meats, veggies, fruit, sandwhiches, salads, low fat meals.
I'll be gymming (cardio) for 30-40 minutes 3 days a week (4 in the first week) and do cardio/weight circuits for an hour 3 (two in the first week) days a week.

But it will probably be the second one with the higher dosages. Granted does anyone have any insight on the difference between spreading the dosages out across the day versus just one time in the morning?

So I've decided on the higher dosage cycle, at least at first to see if I can handle it. I'm in the gym an hour a day this week getting ready, and will weigh in on Saturday morning. I won't be spreading the doeses throughout the day unless someone here says I should and what the benefits of it are? Anyone? Will be going out tomorrow to pickup some taurine and potassium supps, and I will either start on Sunday or Monday...

I usually drink on the weekends (vodka and water), anyone know if drinking while on Clen/T3 affects you differently or anything?
 
Today is day 1!

I finally convinced my girlfriend to come along for the ride, so I tracked down a female version of the above cycle for her to use.

My starting stats are 5'9", 213lbs, 31 years old.
Her starting stats are 5'4", 133lbs, 27 years old.

My starting weight is about 7 pounds higher then I had hoped it was so that is a slight set back but hey, it is what it is, and it's coming off.

We'll be completing a 42 day cycle combined with diet (me at about 2000-2200 cals p/day and her at 1500-1600cals p/day) paired with about 5 hours in the gym a week focused on high heart rate exercises through body weight, weights and cardio combinations. She should be burning about 2300 gym calories each week and mine will be about 4300 gym calories.

After measuring out our clen and t3 doses into shot glasses (I now understand why AY told me to just use the dropper directly into the mouth because it's so little liquid) and because it was so little, we poured 1oz of green natural smoothie into our shot glasses, stirred, drank, added water to get the residue and drank that as well.

This is what we took today...

Clen 60mcg (0.25ml)
T3 50mcg (0.5ml)


Her
5g Taurine
99mg potassium
Clen 40mcg (0.15ml)
T3 25mcg (0.25ml)

We then has breakfast and hit the gym for a 30 minute hard cardio session and a 10 minute steam. I burned 430 calories in the gym, she did 260 calories, and then we get another 100-125 in the steam room, but we call those "free calories" and dont include them in our weekly totals of calories burned.

Side Effects
Within about 30 minutes she got the shakes in her hands, and since has been feeling very cold. Myself, I haven't had the shakes at all, but my legs have been feeling tingly and my body isdefinitely running warm, but not hot, just what can be described as a cozy warm... I like it.

Today was taking it easy at the gym to get things started, for Mon-Fri this week we will be in the gym an hour a day focusing on cardio only as we get used to the effects of the gear and learn how it affects how we feel in the gym - Better safe than sorry! Diet will be clean today but unstructured and full scale diet goes into effect tomorrow.

God I hope this works.
 
Hey bro, this is too funny. I'm doing the exact same cycle from AY also. I'm on my second week and I've lost 5lbs already. Good stuff right here.
 
So Today is Day 4... With 3 days under us we thought a mid week weigh in would be a good idea (twice weekly weigh ins). After 3 days of diet, 1 30 minutes cardio session and 1 60 minute cardio session, we're both UP a pound. Hopefully it's just our bodies adapting to a water intake that's double of what we usually take in? But so far, very few side effects and weight has gone up... Will update again on Saturday after the weigh in.

In the meantime, I'm wondering if we can alter the 1 week on/off clen in the cycle? Maybe do 1 week on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off and then back on for the last week? Or would it not be a good idea to stay on the clen like that?
 
Don't worry about your weight yet; personally I would only weigh-in weekly and even then don't stress if some weeks will be flat or even gain weight: in the long run diet and the cut stack will win.

You could run clen with ketotifen at night during the 3 weeks on or do an EC (or ECA) stack on the off time.

So just an update here as we hit day 9...

With the mid week weigh in gaining to the scale last week we decided once a week will be weigh ins and are holding off until mid week this week to see how things are looking. Last week I burned 4100 calories in the gym and she burned about 2100. Diet has been very clean, eating every 3 hours and we're both taking in 3-4L of water per day. We've both been feeling what we assume are muscle cramps (feels like soreness) in the calves and biceps and the shakes increase as our doses do but we're alright with that, it's oddly somehow relaxing lol.

An update on the cycle: We've decided that instead of going week on week off with the clen, we're doing 2 weeks on, 1 week off so we'll have a total of 4 weeks out of 6 on the clen. We'll be taking benedryl at night on the weeks off to make sure breathing stays well.

I'm encountering what is my usual issue when dropping weight, that being eating before bed. It wouldn't be a problem but my schedule kind of calls for it as meal times go like this...

10:30am Wakeup
11:00am Meal 1
2:00pm Meal 2
5:00pm Meal 3
6:00pm Go to Work
8:00pm Meal 4
11:00pm Meal 5
12:30am Return home from work
1:30am Meal 6 (Usually signifigantly lighter but still)
2:30am Bed
3:00am/3:30am Sleep

Any adivce on what to eat before bed? Especially if you plan to weigh in in the morning?
 
Are you taking stuff to relieve those clen cramps? They wont be "relaxing" for long.

Good idea w/ the cycle...worst case is you build a little too much tolerance but whatever.

Man I'd love some advice on late night cravings, I'm also totally fine until then and then its a brutal mental game.

For cravings: my weapons are WIM/willpower and tooth brushing again/mouthwash when cravings hit. Gives that clean mouth/done eating for the day feeling/placebo or whatever you wanna call it, but def works. Would love more suggestions also obv

i took 100 mcg of clen took and some taurine and i feel nothing minds must be fake or weak or i have a high tolarence

Yes, as mentioned 5G of taurine daily and 99mg of Potassium. Though I'm unsure if we are supposed to continue to take these on the week off of clen?

I don't think the benedryl theory is based on tolerance, I think it's based on your breathing because clen was originally used for horses with asthma to assist in breathing.
 
So, tomorrow is day 14 (2 weeks) and we'll be weighing in for the first time since we we're 4 days in. Diet has been clean, low cal and spread out, and after an hour in the gym tomorrow I'll have burned 4750 calories in the gym this week. Fingers crossed, after two weeks I'd really love to be down 4 or 5 pounds. Will update soon!
 
Two week weight in: What a disappointment. I'm down only 2lbs from my original weigh in so I'm 211 today and she is up 0.5lbs from her original weigh in and is at 133.5.

Diet is pretty solid, eating every 3 hours, not going over 2000 cals a day for me and not over 1600 for her. We're killing the gym, as I mentioned 4000+ calories burned p/week there so I'm not sure what to think could be causing this?

Thoughts?

Regarding your off time with Clen, I would advise not taking the ECA. You see, ephedrine like clen is a Beta 2 agonist. You need the time off to up regulate your receptors. If you have Ketofin this will not be an issue.

I'm not sure what EK is? I assumed it was a supplements shop but google didn't come up with anything.

3 week weigh in and I'm sitting at 212.5 (0.5lbs lost) and she is at 133.5 (0lbs lost). Someone explain to me how the hell that's possible? We're in the gym 4 hours a week working hard, our meals are clean and within our calorie restrictions AND we're on a cycle of T3/Clen and after 3 weeks, NO RESULTS. We couldn't be more disappointed. I'd like to say maybe I got a bad batch of both Clen and T3, but even without those with our diet and exercise our weight should be down.

So far my only guesses are that when we're not at the gym, we're usually not moving much. And we're snacking before bed, but nothing heavy... Last night was home made potato chips, 125 cals each. Night before it was coconut oil popcorn made at home (high cals and fat but its coconut oil). And when we're in the gym we're mostly doing cardio and very little weight lifting. Regardless, the weekly caloric deficit is there so why the shit aren't we losing any damn weight?? We do also drink on the weekends but we mix vodka with water, no beers, no sugar mix.

Someone please, tell me wtf could be going on? At this point, I feel like we need to stop the T3/Clen cycle because if we're not losing weight, we're wasting it. Then once we figure this out and weight starts to drop (if that ever happens) then starting the cycle again. So far we've lost a bottle of T3 and 1/4 bottle of Clen, I really don't want to waste it if we're not getting any results.

Someone, HELP!
 
First off I have no idea how your running her T3 and clen that high! I couldn't get past the minimal doses it was that strong. Secondly, anytime your diets not in check, none of her products will be utilized to their full potential. Not to mention your drinking alcohol? Rather then questioning the product, which I have ran both, I would reevaluate your game plan!

If I thought a few vodka and waters on a saturday night was derailing that, then I would avoid it, but it has to be something more than that given the information we have.

What kind of doses do you do of her T3/Clen?

Potato chips and popcorn are not eating clean. If you are eating a lot of high GI carbs you will not drop weight. If your diet was spot on you should be losing. Diet is 95% and gym and supplements are 5%. I would reevaluate what you and your girl are eating. I don't think you need clen/t3 for the small amount of weight that you are trying to lose. There is no magic pill. Just my two cents.

I read your response and the way I interpreted it was that your doing everything right and even with the high doses there are still no results. Not bashing you, but just the way it's worded you make it sound like the product is bunk. I think your diet is key and that's soley based of what you have posted. I say really make your diet strict for atleast 2 weeks and then reevaluate. As he stayed above, diet is majority of the plan! We're here to help ya though
 
Here's a thought. Rather then just saying "our meals are clean", why not post your meals? Are you using diet tracker like Fitday or My Fitness Pal? I suspect your diet isn't as clean or as low calorie as you think, especially because both of you are not seeing results. Even without t3 and clen you should be dropping weight easily. I would also add in more weight training and don't rely so much on cardio. Another thought is you might consider switching to a low carb diet with weekly carb ups like CKD.
