so I im using a 250 Nalgene nylon bottle top filter with a glass media bottle. I have pumped the hand pump between 5-20 hg and the best I can get is 1-2 drops every 10 seconds. but if I take the pump completely off the bottle top starts filtering 3-4 drops per second with no vacuum. anybody know why that is or if that's ok
