well I'm going low carb Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday less than 80g try to be below 50g
Wen. is mid carb day 150-200
and weekend in carb up days. so far lost about 10lbs in 10 days I know water weight is part of it but I've had ok energy and haven't felt like shit like previous times. any advice welcomed
 
If it's working for you, keep it up. No need for advice on something that seems to be doing it's job just fine. Keep at it.
 
Nice loss mane. N that is a good thing that you're maintaining energy levels n not crumbling. So like Pitt said keep what works for you. I usually have one medium and load day. So everyone is different.
