blood works results after cycle

hi I did a 12 wk cycle test deca tren a ( the tren a I ran 8 wks at end of cycle) waited 14 days started pct nolva 20mg per day aromisin 12.5 mg eod for 3 wks .waited 3 more wks had blood work done to check test level came back at 810 . I am 54 yrs of age so i thought my baseline would be low but dr said this is at the high range of normal . would the nolva or aromisin have elevated my test results even after 3 wks thanks for imput

Take bloods in another 3 weeks making it 6 after stopping PCT - which is about the normal waiting time. 3 weeks is a little short.
