Ok before I start I just wanted to give a big shout out and say thank you to Gearpro. Fucking guy is a rockstar source thatís all I can say. Although heís not sponsoring this run(which I prefer so I can be completely transparent on the gear)he did make it possible in other ways. Not gonna get into details but there were a few hurdles on my end which he went out of his way to help me get passed them. I appreciate it to say the least. I do want to stress again however if something sucks that Iím running I will NOT hold back from saying it. Some of you reading this might be aware of the issues I had with a certain UGl lab that left here recently and I swore I would never base my statements about a source again unless itís backed by real info collected by yours truly.

So the gear I will be using is the same cycle I tried to run when I got here last year with a ugl but it got cut off. Itís one of my favs so hereís what Iíll be using for now:

Biotech Sust 250- 750mg a week

Abbott Export Tren E 200- 400mgs a week

Actus Labs Dbol 50 - 50mg a day weeks 1-6

Abbott Export Proviron - 50mg a day weeks 1-12

As always I will probably add things through the cycle. Probably switch orals for weeks 6 through 12. Iím thinking Var.

Now I was gonna run my normal HGH at 5ius a day BUT when I was in the hospital last month our refrigerator shit the bed and my significant other threw my 2 kits of GH away with all the spoiled food when she cleaned out the fridge making room for a new one. If somehow Iím able to afford a kit to get going with I definitely will because Iím a huge fan of GH.

Far as workouts go Iím gonna use this protocol:

Day 1- Upper Body

Day 2 - Lower Body

Day 3 Rest

Repeat

I normally try and split the upper body up over two days but Iím gonna concentrate more on core exercises with heavier weight and mid reps.

Im really looking forward to starting this blast because I spent most of December and the good part of January in the hospital with seizures. Havnt juiced since then so Iím ready.

I did my first pins of test and Tren on Monday and yesterday just test and preloaded Dbol. Tomorrowís pin will be back to Test and Tren and oral Dbol.

Tomorrow will be when I start keeping track of my gains.

My starting weight is 190.1lbs

I apologize as I cannot post pics for personal reasons but I will do my best to give everyone whatís going on with me and how I think the gear is working. I will say when I was fighting I used a lot of Biotech products from Gearpro and we were always satisfied. That makes me even more anxious to get going.

Theres one more thing I want to add. Thereís definitely something reassuring when you receive everything from Gearpro. All injectables are professionally shrink wrapped by a machine. Pop off tops have logos and there are Holograms and real batch numbers. You also get that sealed suction on the first pin of the vials. To be after the UGL bullshit I was screwed by using actual gear that I know everything is at least whatís advertised on the label and I know the ingredients are what is claimed. Not having that uncertainty starting A blast to me is well worth the extra money.

Ok so Iíll start posting tomorrow my experiences and my journey with Gearpro. My goal is to make a solid 220lb.

Well today is the official start of the Gearpro/Biotech log. I will say itís nice to actually hit the ground running when starting a cycle for once. The two I tried last year were tough because after a 3 year layoff I spent most of my time figuring out what weights were good for me. This time I know what Iím pushing as far as weight so today I just jumped right in.

Before I get to todayís workout I wanted to comment on pinning the gear that Iím using. Both the Sust and the Tren were super easy to draw up. All I have are 23gauge needles here at home because of the gear I was running last year and Iíll probably still draw the Biotech gear up with the 23 but I already ordered 25ís from Amazon Prime for injecting. Itís just a very very smooth oil in both. I will say though there is a slight pip to the gear. I combine them but Id have to assume itís the Sust. For some reason I have always got more Pip with Sust. Another reason I say itís got to be the Sust is I looked at the most recent Biotech Sust tests on another board and it had all the correct ingredients but it tested out at 300mg/ml. Iím pretty ok with that and again the Pip is very very mild. I can just feel where I pinned. Today I pinned Sus/Tren and popped the Dbol and Proviron. I also forgot to add Iím doing 5mg of Cialis daily.

One more thing Iím really looking forward to trying the Abbott Export Tren because the cycles I ran last year I had absolutely no Tren sides. My muscles got hard but no sides. Normally I get quite a few. Iíll be interested in seeing what happens here. Also I always ran Tren A. This will be my first time that I remember running Tren E.

Ok so today I went to the gym and did a somewhat shortened upper body workout. I couldnít hit every muscle I wanted to because today is my wifeís MS infusion. She gets super tired after so I went to drive her home. Enough of that sorry you guys could care less about that shit. So anyway I hit Triís, Biís, Chest, Shoulders, and neck. I might have to sneak back in with lower body tomorrow. I felt like I was cheating by not doing it.

Chest = Flat Bench 325lbs 5 sets 5 reps or to failure

Triís = Dips +45lbs 5 sets 12 reps

Biís = Preacher Curls with short bar 60lbs 5 sets 10 reps

Sboulders = Military Press Olympic Bar with Smith 165lbs 5 sets 5 reps

Traps # Shrugs 80lb dumbells 5 sets 10 reps

I gotta say I was fucking whooped after that. The whole workout though was SUPER intense. I was hyper focused on lifting and Iím pretty sure everyone there realized it. Iím never loud or disrespectful at the gym so it seems like Iím always waiting on someone to move on but today everyone seemed to stay out of my way.

I did have plans to do some grappling work post workout because thereís a local kid here with some talent that ask me for some guidance on the ground but I just couldnít help him today. I felt bad but we are gonna try again on my off day cause now I feel like I owe him. Lol

Oh and I weighed in first thing when I arrived this morning and Iím at 192.5

I had 5 meals pre prepped (Thanks to Max for teaching me this)for today and I will be having to Protein shakes.

So we will see how tomorrow guys.

I wish Max. Iím sorry itís so blurry but itís 194.6lbs. Still thats basically 3.5lbs in two days. Iíll be more than happy to ride that wave all the way to 220!

So just got back from the gym for day #2. I posted a pic of the gym scale above. 194.6. Iíll definitely take that especially when it was a fasted weight. I had no food since yesterdayís meal 5. Before I get to the workout I just gotta say the gear is no joke. Libido is through the roof already. Mrs. AR and I fucked for a good two hours last night and topped it off with another round at 5:00am. Like I said Iíve never ran Tren E but already in a week I can tell my muscles have gotten noticeably harder. As far as the Dbol goes itís doing itís thing as well. I can already start to notice my arms and chest are starting to get fuller. I mean if the Tren E works this fast why I was doing ED injections with the A seems pretty stupid now. Time will tell though. Itís early.

Ok so today was lower body and back. Hereís what I got in:

Leg Press 720lbs 5 sets 5reps

Leg Extensions 145lbs 5 sets 10reps

Leg Curls 120lbs 5 sets 10reps

Seated calf raises 90lb 5 sets 10reps

Lat Pulls 90lbs each arm 5 sets 12 reps

Forearm curls forward 35lb dumbbell 3 sets 12 reps

Forearm curls reverse 30lb dumbbell 3 sets 10 reps

Abs Ab machine 25lbs 2 sets of 100

That was it for today. Followed it up with a shake post workout and meal one when I got home. It wasnít a prep meal because Mrs AR wanted to make breakfast. I can probably thank the Sust for that. Sheíll be happy and cooking with no issues for the next 12 weeks. AR on blast = Good sex = Good eating when you marry a Sicilian woman.

I do want to ask anyone following as I said earlier I have no GH right now which is usually what keeps me eating and hungry. Iím hoping to be back on in a few weeks but what do you guys use to increase hunger? Iím struggling just a bit to force down what I need for the day. Itís not a huge issue right now but Iíd like to avoid it becoming one. Thanks in advance.

So tomorrow is a scheduled day off but Iím already torn because Iím not really sore from yesterday so I really feel like I could hit it again tomorrow. We will see I guess.

Rather than try to force feed or increase hunger, I prefer to make my meals more calorically dense. If youíre drinking protein shakes, use liquid egg whites or whole milk instead of water. Iíll even throw a couple whole raw eggs into my protein shakes before I blend them up. Gives them a thicker, more milk shake-like consistency.

Eat red meat instead of chicken whenever possible. Instead of flakey white fish, go for salmon. Sweet potatoes instead of white rice. If you eat a salad with dinner, throw a hard boiled egg on it. Little things like that make it easier to get calories in without making yourself feel bloated or over fed. Thatís just what works for me, though. Everyone is different.

Wow what an awesome day at the gym. Iím so glad I chose to go instead of taking a scheduled day off. One of the best days Iíve had in a long time. As you can barely see above my walk in weight jumped up
again to a nice 197.0lbs. Iím pretty stoked with that. From now on Iím gonna front load my pins and orals a week before starting my cycles just like I did this time. Itís really seemed to make a difference with hitting the ground running instead of pinning the first day of official cycle and having to wait to get things going. I know itís only a week but thereís NO Doubt the gear is doing itís thing. The way I look today is already better than I looked before I started this cycle and the way I look now compared to last year when I started training again is an amazing difference. And trust me thatís something coming from me because Iím a self hater. Have been all my life. Itís just one of my many mental issues that I deal with on a daily basis.

So today I spent two hours on the mats working with a young local fighter and two hours lifting upper body again. The local kid was actually a joy to work with. His ground game was way better than he said originally, not my level but definitely no novice, and his eagerness to learn was refreshing. Heís short and stalky which makes him a handful. It was a win/win for both of us becoming he needed to learn and I needed to get away from the outside world for a bit. He ask me to work with him again so we will see if it becomes a steady deal. That will be my cardio for sure.

After that I went straight to the weights. Really upped the intensity today. One of the best overall workouts Iíve had. Pretty much went 110% from beginning to end. Pumps were insane. I had veins popping out I never even knew I had. I stayed at the same weight per exercise as the first workout but itís already apparent Iíll be moving some up next time.

Same upper body workout as before except I added:

Chest = Cable flys. 37lbs 5 sets 12 reps

Triís = Brain busters with short v bar. 75lbs 5 sets 10 reps
Push downs close grip 77lbs 5 sets 10 reps

Biís = Small Vbar cable curls 70lbs 5 sets 10 reps

That pretty much was all I could muster today. When I walked out of the gym today I was fucking spent to say the least. Like I said though it felt great.

As far as the gear goes everything so far is as good as expected. The injections are smooth as butter. I can already see and feel all the compounds kicking in. The Tren is already keeping me up all night. Iím also getting that Dbol pumped up look. Iím super happy to see that because thatís what Iím use to having happen when running Dbol. If anyone remembers when I was running XScripts Dbol the first thing I mentioned was I wasnít getting that puffiness that I always got before. Itís fucking really nice and takes a huge load of me mentally to know everything Iím running is legit and definitely fire already. Canít wait to see weeks 2 and 3 and so on. Thanks everyone for following and adding input to the thread. Believe it or not I appreciate it all.

Hereís my Squatty Potty. Laugh if you want but one of the best things Iíve bought in years for good health. Everyone should have one of these especially when upping your food and protein intake for a bulk. Iím telling ya youíll have perfect and complete eliminations 95% of the time.

Add a bidet to your toilet and your b-hole will have never been happier! Mine has literally changed my life. Along with a scoop of Metamucil morning and night, my bowels have never been so happy.

Ok so yesterday was leg and back day again. I chose NOT to take a day off yet because honestly even though I worked out hard I donít think I need the 3 day rests yet. I kept everything the same as the first workout due to the Super Bowl. The Mrs went all out just for our family so I didnít want to diss her by spending too much time at the gym. This Sust must have my test levels through the roof so I need the sex once or twice a day now. Iím not doing NOTHING to jeopardize that.

Today I went in and really hit my upper body hard. I basically increased the weight on every exercise and tried to take every set to failure. The whole workout crushed me at the end. I gotta admit I was fucking whooped. Iíll definitely be needing some healing time from this one.
The arm pumps were absolutely insane today. I could barely get my hand to my face to adjust my mask my arms were so swollen. The Dbol is really starting to show through. I can definitely see that Iím starting to get and look like Iím on Dbol. I know some guys donít like that but I do. It gives me motivation. I am also starting to sense that feeling of well being Iíve always gotten from running good Dbol. The Biotech Dbol is no joke. Iím just taking one tab too. Anytime before when I used the UGL Tabs I would alwaYs assume they were underdosed and take double. I did that the last cycle last year and still never noticed what Iím seeing here. Apparently I was right too because those ugl Tabs apparently tested out at like 15mg instead of 50mg. Lol


Strength is also starting to be noticeable. The weight I moved up to today was a lot on some of the exercises and I handled it fine. Tren is kicking too. Insomnia last two nights was a bitch and I was soaked this mornings when I got out of bed. I know this is the Tren fucking with me too but Iím also starting to get jealous of every swinging dick that talks to Mrs AR. Neither one of us are jealous people because we are pretty open but any and everytime I run strong Tren at semi high doses Iím ready to kill everyone around her. Lol

As I said earlier my libido is in hyperdrive. Mrs AR has already noticed it and ask
last night if she should plan a few threesomes soon to help out. We havenít done that in quite some time so fucking A to that. Gotta love Sicilian women. They will do whatever it takes to keep their man happy in the bedroom and then cook like a motherfucker after.

Only other thing to note is a personal one really. Today I was officially diagnosed with epilepsy. My EEG shows extreme Spikes in my brain waves and I guess thatís not cool. We kinda figured that after I had 9 seizures in December and spent 21 days in hospital BUT after having a traumatic brain injury 3 years ago at least I know itís nothing major from that. Iíll take it as a win as long as the new medication keeps the seizures at bay. Figures crossed.

Max I really appreciate the kind words. It means a lot especially from you because I have so much respect for you and how you live your life. Believe me though when I say Iím not always the pillar of positivity. Ive struggled hard with severe depression my entire life but itís been especially bad after I got hurt. I definitely struggle some days but psycho therapy has honestly changed my life. Iíve been going to therapy for well over 20 years and I have really been able to apply some of its benefits the last few years. Itís without a doubt saved my life more times than I can count. After my brain injury I was stuck in a dark place for a long time. Nothings worse than going to the grocery store with your wife and literally forgetting who you are and why your there. I gotta say props to Mrs AR too because sheís put up with a lot and fought hard to keep me alive as well. The most important thing Iíve learned though is life is good, really good and itís also very very short. If you sit back and whine over what you dont have or spend time feeling sorry for yourself before you know it youíve missed out on soooo much life has to offer and once itís gone your most likely never gonna get that time back. If your one of the lucky ones like me that actually get a second chance you owe it to your family and yourself to make the best of everything. The way I see the epilepsy thing is they are telling me that I have a 50/50 shot that the meds will keep the seizures at bay. Iíll take those odds all day long. Iíve learned to always bet on yourself. If nothing else it will push you even harder to win at whatever it is your striving for. Right now I say Fuck you Epilepsy. I got a hot ass wife, great kids, Iím working hard in the gym and making progress. Life is good. I donít have time for negative bullshit anymore.

So today I did take a day to rest up a bit. I feel really good but I also realize I have to give my body a break. I did do a little bit of cardio though. I worked the heavy bag for about 30 minutes and then the speed bag for another 15. Nothing major but I definitely did get my sweat on. It felt nice to get back into working the bags a bit. Itís been awhile since Iíve really worked them so Iím sure Iíll feel it a bit tomorrow.

After that I spent the day with Mrs AR out doing family duties so I kinda declared it a cheat day on my meals. Breakfast I had 3 steak, egg and cheese bagels. Lunch I woofed down 8 slices of pepperoni pizza and dinner I got a bowl
of Chinese. It basically has everything they offer mixed up in a huge bowl. Itís gone. Lol I felt really quilty at first but about halfway through the pizza Inwas like fuck it Iím eating whatever today.

I did want to mention so far Iíve pinned the Sust and Tren in my glutes, quads, and shoulders and every pin has been flawless. Like I mentioned earlier I do get a little Pip from SUST but thatís a norm for me and on a scale of 1 to 10 itís a 1. Nothing to really even mention Iím just trying to be as honest as possible about everything.

I also want to say the Cialis I got from GP made by Auctus Labs is really really good. I have Cialis from a UG source here and prescription generic Viagra and I definitely prefer the Auctus Lab Cialis. The UG Cialis was a waste of money. Iím glad I wasnít counting on it for a good night of fucking. Ive taken 5 of those pills with absolutely nothing. Thatís no joke. I originally got the Cialis from GP to cut the Tabs down and take 5mgs a day for my workouts because the Viagra always worked well for me in the bedroom but after using the Auctus Labs Cialis with the Mrs. I have a new favorite. Thatís saying something too because I take pleasing the Mrs seriously so itís not easy to switch what works but I gotta go with whatís better. Happy wife Happy AR.

So sorry there wasnít a whole lot to report as far as the cycle goes today but Iíll be back at it tomorrow. Hopefully they have a new scale cause Iím anxious to see where my weight is.

There are a lot of people that should read this and take it to heart. Mental health isnít something that only weak people struggle with. Itís a serious issue that everyone needs to take seriously and not feel ashamed about asking for help with. Good on you, AR, for taking it seriously and being proactive about it. This should be the norm, not the exception.

My apologies to GP but just so he knows I in no way abandoned my log. Lol I would never do that. Not sure how everyone elseís weather has been but the last 4 days weíve been getting hammered by ice and snow. Itís been reeking havoc on our internet and electric. The 12Ē of snow isnít bad but the ice is whatís really hurting everything. I have been making it to the gym. Since my last post Iíve gotten two good lower workouts in and one upper body. I actually logged them but I fell off line each time and after 20 minutes of typing I lost everything. I took it in stride though. Didnt throw anything. Didnít yell and scream. Just said ok and moved on. Pretty proud of myself especially since the Tren is really really kicking.

Speaking of the Tren. I gotta admit this is unusual for me to say but the Tren sides are really showing through. Abbott Export Tren is no joke. I literally had little to no sides both cycles I ran UG Tren in last year at the same doses Iím running now. This time Iíve got all the sides that I remember from running good Tren. Anxiety is way high, Night sweats, Imsomnia, labored breathing, heart burn. You name it I got it going on. I thought about dropping the dose a little but the gains are really starting to show through so Iím kinda torn on what to do.

I had a bunch of Doctors appointments last week so I was able to take advantage of that and have my weight and some vitals checked. My BP was 122/76 which really shocked me because I just felt like my BP was getting high. Iíll take that all day. Oxygen was at 98% and heart rate was 67. Also had a ton of blood drawn for other reasons but I was able to see by those tests everything was in range. Another win. The only drawback has been the new seizure medications they put me on. They really have me dragging ass all day. Something to do with slowing down a persons GABA which can kinda make you feel dopey. Not sure if Inhave the GABA stuff right but I definitely feel dopey and very lethargic all day. My hope is I get use to it and the dopey part goes away because thatís definitely not me. Iím a high energy driven kinda guy. I canít accept that as my only option if it doesnít go away soon.

My weight jumped up to 202.4lbs before Saturdays workout. Itís kinda weird though because although Iím up 12lbs since starting the Biotech cycle Iím looking way way leaner. I thought I would continue with the Dbol bloat but it seems that the Tren has taken over. My veins are insane and my physical appearance has definitely gotten more defined and muscular. Mrs AR has already started complaining that Iím too veiny. Lol She hates that look.

Ok there has been another major storm warning for tonight into tomorrow. Iím gonna go hit the gym now just Incase we loose our electric again later. Iíll post how everything went. Hope everyone else is doing well.

You mentioned labored breathing. I canít do anything about the other Tren sides, but I know how to fix that one. Pick up a couple bottles of Nasacort at the pharmacy/Walmart. Follow the directions on the package and youíll be breathing easier in a few days, guaranteed. Your cardio will improve and youíll be able to work harder and burn fat faster because of it.

Ok so I went to the gym after my last post and for some reason it was closed. The gym I go to is a 24 deal where everyone gets a fob. Really no reason to close it imo but who am I and wtf do I know. I did go yesterday and it was open again and I was able to work out. Normally Iím a super nice guy that takes shit in stride but the whole closing of the gym really had me chomping at the bit so I had to ask the owner wtf was up when I went in yesterday. Apparently he had closed the gym for a private party which he did post on the board, which I didnít see, but it was canceled due to weather so he just left the doors locked for the night. That reason definitely didnít sit well with me but I respect the guy as he is a single father doing his best so I just thanked him for letting me know and moved on to my workout. I definitely took some frustrations out on the heavy bag and weights though. I guess after everything I was able to turn the missed day into a positive so no harm no foul.

Weight was 202.9 after my heavy bag cardio. I think Iím gonna stop the daily weigh ins and keep it to a weekly or bi weekly deal. The monitoring of my weight seems to be playing some games with my mind so thatís probably not the best way for me to keep track of my gains. The way I was brought up in the gym is if your not gaining weight while on cycle your not having a good cycle. I know thatís just plain stupid now but I still find it hard to get past in my mind for some reasons. Like I said the other day my body transformation just this far in as well as my strength gains are awesome to say the least so Iím not gonna let the scale dictate anything anymore. Crazy how my biggest enemy most of my life has been my own brain. Almost like having that little devil on one shoulder and the angel on the other constantly trying to decide which one to listen to. Lol

My cycle is still basically the same

Sust 750wk

Tren E 400wk

D-Bol 350 wk

Proviron 75mg a day. Bumped up from 50.

cialis 5mg a day pre work out.

I will say the cycle thus far has been intense and great. Only thing Iím missing is GH. Iíve really came to like running an all year maintenance dose then ramping it up during cycle. Iíve never functioned better than I have on a steady dose of GH. Financially not in the cards for awhile but to anyone else thinking about at least trying GH I would say go for it. Just make sure you get enough to run at least 6 months to get some of the better benefits of using. Just my opinion though.

Switching things up a bit these next few weeks in the interest of time. Iím really pushing the cardio so some days Iím finding myself at the gym 3 and 4 hours. Imo thatís too much. Iíd rather be around 2Hrs total a day. Not counting grappling with the local kid. Workouts will be Chest tris abs, Bis shoulders neck, legs and back and abs. Three days on one off. Off day reserved for the mats. Yesterday workout was:

Dips +45 lb 5 x 12 last set to failure.

Brain Crushers 65 lbs 5 x 8ish

Ab machine 50lbs 4 x 75

Felt good. Iíve been a nice steady sore most of the way so far. Not gonna go up in weight on much more because I know my bodyís limits and Iím definitely not looking to injure myself. Iíll just keep adding sets and reps soon.

Yesterday the Mrs and I decided to get it on and literally about 10 minutes in I had to take a ďcatch my breathĒ break in mid bend over stride. I was kinda embarrassed. Usually she gives out way before me. Lol So yeah thanks again. We are actually going to Walmart today anyway to grab some groceries and supplies cause it appears this weekend is much more of the same with the freezing rain bullshit. I did want to ask everyoneís opinion. Iíve been throwing around the idea of adding a small amount of Deca just for my joints. I love Deca but Traditionally I stay a million miles away from it. Sad to say but when I was younger and when I had no idea what I was doing I ran it all wrong and ended up with a limp dick for like six months. It left a lasting scar in my mind because I really like the opposite sex and that was the longest most embarrassing 6 months of my life. Anyway my joints this far in are really starting to take a beating. Ibuprofen and muscle runs only go so far. Any opinions on adding deca or should I just keep my head down and not mess up a good thing?

I appreciate the input on adding the Deca but I pretty much decided today watching my old lady shower that if my joints get too bad Iíll lower my weights before I add the Deca. I just know myself and the constant war I have with my brain. Even at the lowest dose I will somehow convince myself that my Dick wonít work and then it wonít. I gotta take a minute to thank MaxMuscle for showing me in his log how he always meal preps ahead of time. I have no doubt the meal prepping has been a huge contributor to this cycle. For me itís as important as the great ass gear Iím running. Normally during cycle I just would eat whatever was made for that day by Mrs AR and I would add stuff I probably shouldnít have or not eaten stuff I should have based on this or that. This time around after watching his log for months Iím following his way and itís made a HUGE difference in my appearance and overall performance. I do NOT eat anything more or less than what was pre figured out a week a head of time. No exceptions. I canít imagine how good Iíd feel if I wasnít being drug down with the new seizure meds. I mean I feel great now. I canít wait to see how I feel once I get over the lethargic bullshit from the meds. Anyway Thanks again Max! Yesterday I hit shoulders, Biís, neck and forearms. Made sure I switched all my exercise positions I could. I like to try and hit each muscle from different angles as much as possible. Seems to really make a difference.

Another really good workout. Libido is still very high. Itís actually hard to wear underwear at times due to the sensitivity down there. Feel like Iím 13 again. Lol Morning wood has become a daily wake up discovery. Thatís pretty nice to see.

Strength is really starting to pop as well as the overall hardness of my muscles. Itís really apparent in my chest, shoulders, and arms. Same with the growth but Iím definitely feeling the legs of my pants getting tighter but my waist seems to be shrinking. Iím hoping that all due to adding muscle while loosing fat. So far thatís what Iím seeing and Iím without a doubt a self hater so to me that means a lot.

Injections continue to be flawless. The only problem Iím having there is Iím actually finding myself getting sad that the gear is disappearing too fast out of the bottles. Itís not really but in my mind it sure seems that way. I have a feeling Iíll be stocking up before this cycle ends so I donít go into mourning about not having any Biotech in my secret stash box. Lol

My grade to Biotech this far in is an A+. We will see if it continues.

Yesterday was lower body back abs day. Yesterday was also the first day where I was supposed to up my seizure meds from 1 tab to 2 Tabs. That shit ruined my whole day. The one pill I now take is called Topamax but Iím now calling it Dopamax cause it makes me feel Dopey all day. I canít see me taking this shit much longer. I hate medication. I managed to drag my ass to the gym though. Started out doing 30 minutes heavy bag, 15min speed bag then hit the leg presses. My strength in my legs has increased a ton. I did a few warm up sets but then jumped into:

Leg Press

Right after the leg presses I had to hit the back parking lot for a good puking session. Had to be the meds. Just felt off and light headed. Came back in and did

I think I had 100lbs and did 4 x 15ish. I really not sure cause at this point I was stupid sick. Said fuck it and went and sat in the lounge until I felt well enough to drive home.

Super impressed with my strength gains but today just overall bummer with the meds. Iím gonna give it a week and if the dopey lethargy bullshit doesnít let up Iím flushing them. Iíll obviously have to take something but it wonít be that crap. Iíll put up with it for one more week. Grrrrrr.

Today was a rest day. Thatís exactly what I did. Rested. I didnít even go sparring today with the local kid. He canceled and I was super happy he did. My body needed a good day of rest. Itís growing and taking a beating so nothing but good can come from today. Iím even refraining from intercourse today. I did hint to the wifey that blowjobs were still ok but I donít think she and I are on the same page with that. Lol No worries I have a long line of greats in my spank bank just for these occasions. Today was Chest, Tris, and Ab day. Iím definitely feeling a bit rejuvenated after doing absolutely nothing yesterday. Only thing thatís really bothering me now are my two unrepairable rotators cuffs. Over the years of fighting they contributed a large part of my 17 surgeries. They are now both beyond repair so when I get into the heavier weights one or both can cause some pretty nasty discomfort. Normally Iíd push through but thanks to Bigtime916 Iím trying something different. He had mentioned that he and his partner go heavy one week and light the next using 100rep sets. Iím not going to alternate EOW but maybe once a month or whenever my joints need a break.

I will tell you this workout REALLY shocked my system. Talk about burning fucking muscles!! Woo wee. Thereís no way I could do a 100 reps of anything yet. I cut it down to 50 with super light weights and man I was struggling. A good struggle though. I was super surprised how fast my body wore out.

Also wanted to add I did have to start some Nolvadex a few days ago. I was really starting to get some sensitivity in my nipples. Normally I have no issues with my estrogen levels but since I didnít do bloods and Iím actually running gear Thats dosed correctly I started it on Wednesday. The sensitivity issues have already gone away but I will continue for about a week.

Lastly thank you GPR for the advice on the Nasacort spray. I gotta tell you Iím still huffing a little little bit but no where near as bad as I was. That was really good info man. Thank you!!!

Before I get into my workout I gotta address one thing. I received a PM today from a certain person telling me that Iím making up my results and weights and thereís no way I could make those gains in the month Iíve been running Gearproís gear. Basically said I was lying to promote a brand. Normally I would pay absolutely no attention to a hater but just out of the respect for the others that actually are watching this log I will take a short second even though the few guys that actually know me know I have NOT ever lied about anything since coming here. I have nothing to hide or lie about. Iíve been an open book. Probably too open about certain things but whatever ok here ya go Hater:

1.) I didnít post this log in the main section for a reason. I donít like a lot of attention plus I hate myself enough. I donít need exposed to criticism. Thereís always one but then I dwell on that one negative comment until it practically kills me. Iíve tried killing me enough times. Iím on a positive course period. Anyway if I were looking to push a brand I would have posted it on the main board for all to see. Asshole

2.) After the Repping disaster with Xscript I will NEVER push another brand of gear or sponsors services EVER! Thatís why Gearpro is NOT sponsoring this log. I am. I told GP from the start if I donít like something Iím gonna say it. Same thing if itís good. Iíll say it but I wonít push it. Sorry and I have not. I just tell it like it is. Dickhead

3.) Yes my gains came on super quick but what some donít realize is I didnít start this cycle clean. I had just stopped a cycle like 3 weeks prior maybe. So ofcourse Iím gonna gain it back faster than normal. Iím basically extending one cycle another 12 weeks. Plus if you reread my first couple posts I started everything a week prior to posting anything on the log. Fucktard

Im sorry for taking up anyoneís time reading this but itís weird sometimes with me. Ok so after a two day layoff I continued with the light workout thing for my Bis shoulders neck routine. I had to take the two days off due to the Mrs. renting us a room at a little hotel for adult time. Hotel was just a little shithole in the middle of no where but it definitely served itís purpose. I donít think we ever left except to eat a few times. It was nice and actually the shittyness of the hotel made it seem sleezy and almost wrong. Lol Loved it!!!!

So Iím not gonna waste time putting the weight amounts in because believe me when I say they are really light weights. Trying to reach 100 reps or for me 50 is a bitch. Especially on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th sets. Pumps are insane though. The Dbol and Cialis are giving me just sick veiny pumps. Today after my workout I couldnít even reach my ears to pull out my earbuds. Crazy.

So anyway I got an unexpected two day layoff from the gym. I wanna say it was late Thursday but I honestly cannot remember anything for the past 3 days or so until this morning. I got pissed at my seizure meds for making me feel like shit so I convinced myself not to take them for a few days earlier in the week. Then all I pretty much remember was waking up in a padded bed with one hell of a headache. Apparently I had a seizure on Thursday night. Smacked my head off a glass top on our dresser and now I have yet another 14 stitches and 18 staples in my face and head. Lol Just another scar I guess. Good thing chics dig scars! Lol Lord knows I have enough of them. My biggest goes from below my left eye up across my forehead and all the way to the back of my head. That one was 81 stitches. This ones nowhere near as big but it will go nicely with the other since itís on the right side. Gotta make the best of it. Fuck it by summertime Iíll have a nice deep cut six pack so hopefully all the honeys notice that first. So I admit I learned a valuable lesson this week. When your actually diagnosed with a disease or condition. Listen to your Docs and take the meds. If they arenít working for you stay on them if you can until you can see your Doc again.
Iíve actually been sitting here all day waiting for the Doctors to release me but Iím starting to think thatís not gonna happen. Regardless Iíll be back at the gym tomorrow at some point. Iím so afraid to step on the scale. If I lost any weight itís gonna completely fuck my mind up. We will see.

So anyway I got an unexpected two day layoff from the gym. I wanna say it was late Thursday but I honestly cannot remember anything for the past 3 days or so until this morning. I got pissed at my seizure meds for making me feel like shit so I convinced myself not to take them for a few days earlier in the week. Then all I pretty much remember was waking up in a padded bed with one hell of a headache. Apparently I had a seizure on Thursday night. Smacked my head off a glass top on our dresser and now I have yet another 14 stitches and 18 staples in my face and head. Lol Just another scar I guess. Good thing chics dig scars! Lol Lord knows I have enough of them. My biggest goes from below my left eye up across my forehead and all the way to the back of my head. That one was 81 stitches. This ones nowhere near as big but it will go nicely with the other since itís on the right side. Gotta make the best of it. Fuck it by summertime Iíll have a nice deep cut six pack so hopefully all the honeys notice that first. So I admit I learned a valuable lesson this week. When your actually diagnosed with a disease or condition. Listen to your Docs and take the meds. If they arenít working for you stay on them if you can until you can see your Doc again.
Iíve actually been sitting here all day waiting for the Doctors to release me but Iím starting to think thatís not gonna happen. Regardless Iíll be back at the gym tomorrow at some point. Iím so afraid to step on the scale. If I lost any weight itís gonna completely fuck my mind up. We will see.
Oh shit that sure has to be rough and lucky you still alive. If your meds are interfering with your training lifestyle you should talk to your doc about it and see if there's other medications for your epilepsy that won't be as hard on you. Never stop those meds on your own ever and see the doc.

With all those scars you be looking like Frankenstein!

Pretty sure each one contains a ton of caffeine as well so no chance of relaxing.

So yesterday I did crush my goal of 20 plates. My leg strength is literally through the roof. Thatís saying something because historically my legs have always been behind my upper body. I guess thatís just how my body rolls because it canít be from me not working legs as hard. I always bust ass on leg day. Iíll always be that tiny waist super wider shoulder type guy. Lol My wife says I look like a V. Iím actually starting to see a nice defined 6 pack again so Iíll take whatever right now. I havenít been proud of my stomach in years so Iím definitely stoked to rock the ab thing again.

On another good note I think Iíll be getting some GH again in a few weeks. I absolutely love GH now so Iím super excited. I can definitely tell a difference when I donít have it compared to when I do. Iím not gonna do the 10iu a day thing like Max but I am gonna push things past my normal amounts to get some nice gains from it as well.

Normally I would post my workout for myself but fuck it. I will admit this GSD idiot has gotten in my head about my shitty log. I know itís stupid to allow it to happen but Iím admittedly not able to take criticism like that. There can be 100 people tell me Iím doing ok and one asshole says something negative I literally canít focus on anything BUT that negative comment. Ive struggled with that my entire life especially during my fighting career. One asshole would say something negative and Iíd carry that with me for months sometimes years until I had a chance to do whatever it was perfect. Crazy stupid but thatís how Iím wired. I go see my Psychiatrist on Wednesday and my therapist on Thursday. Hopefully I can talk myself away from focusing on that stupid shit.

Always. Idk who the person is; usually I grab someone ; anyone will do. They are happy you asked them. I like to ask a female! Great way to get me new client or if single...a date. Actually dudes get me more dates than females! Lol. Little matchmakers if Iím single! Lol. Back to spotters. I rarely go near my Max, but even my 3RM, i like some one there. I just have seen some mishaps that ended very bad or very embarrassing {which embarrassing is great! Injury or death, not so much}. Anything over 400 is sick! I watched a skinny 6ft 3in gym owner smoke me in squats so; I never judge a books by its cover. He literally looked in shape but like a string bean a bit tbh, he was 48, I was 20, he had knee wraps, a belt...I thought....I got this! Boy he cleaned my clock and not only that; he taught me a valuable lesson. He had 5 surgeries To his knees, hips, back prior(didnít know) he said, ď avoid surgery, unless arthroscopic! And never stop lifting iron! Basically Dude put on ten wheels and was repping like it was 275!! He literally did not lookin like he even worked out tbh. HE WAS A HOUSTON GYM OWNER!! Guy trained with all the famous guys and knew everyone. My ass didnít realize it until I got to the show as saw him with his guys. Lol. Great work AR-15, [emoji1690][emoji108]

Yesterday was a off day which was turned into 4 hours of cardio. I worked out with the local kid on his ground game and stand up defense. His original fight was canceled due to an injury of his opponent in training. He took another fight scheduled for 7/17 which is both good and bad. Good because he definitely needs work but bad because his new opponent is no joke. I wish the kid would just come and let me train him full time but itís a family deal with him and his Dad so Iím ok with helping whenever they ask.

I wouldnít even of posted any of this but the reason I am is just so I can comment on how much my strength has increased during this cycle so far. compared to two months ago my punches and kicks for me have become noticeably more powerful. Iíve spent the better part of a lifetime doing this so itís extremely nice to feel that power come back and then some. Even compared to the last time I worked with this kid Iíve noticed a world of difference on how easily I was able to man handle him around. I call him a kid but heís not small by any means. Heís 6í0Ē and last I saw was north of 200lbs.

For those reasons Im definitely liking the Abbott Export Tren E. At this point Iím not seeing any benefit for me to use Tren A anymore. Although the next cycle I run Tren on I do like the look of the SuperTren GP carries. Who knows but thatís a good decision to have to think about. Love Tren.

Ok gotta go. Iím actually looking into a building to maybe start my own MMA school. I figure thatís pretty much all Iíve ever been good at and itís not like I donít have the credentials. The only drawback to that is I have no idea how to run a business. Hopefully I can find someone who knows business and has money to invest AND is a female who looks great in a thong!!! Yeah I suppose Iím asking too much now! Lol

Ok so after a two day layoff I continued with the light workout thing for my Bis shoulders neck routine. I had to take the two days off due to the Mrs. renting us a room at a little hotel for adult time. Hotel was just a little shithole in the middle of no where but it definitely served itís purpose. I donít think we ever left except to eat a few times. It was nice and actually the shittyness of the hotel made it seem sleezy and almost wrong. Lol Loved it!!!!

So Iím not gonna waste time putting the weight amounts in because believe me when I say they are really light weights. Trying to reach 100 reps or for me 50 is a bitch. Especially on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th sets. Pumps are insane though. The Dbol and Cialis are giving me just sick veiny pumps. Today after my workout I couldnít even reach my ears to pull out my earbuds. Crazy.

I walked in the door and Mrs AR was finishing the steak at the stove wearing nothing but a bra and thong. Two things I cannot resist. A nice ass and steak. Fuck it sometimes itís all about me!!!! Lol

I love those kinda pumps where you look like crippled after a work out trying to do anything. Like taking your ear buds out or shirt off. For me it's trying to take my shirt off before getting in the sauna after my workout. I look like I have [emoji3073] arms trying to take off my shirt.

Thanks AR for sharing the pics and thanks Max for the comment. I get ask all the time about the quality of Auctus Labs and if its on par with Biotech and Abbott export. I tell them all that I havenít seen or heard about a drop off in quality ever and I have never seen better Tabs produced out there. A+ all the way around. That Lab is as good as it gets.

I wish everyone would just grab a list, use the incentive programs, and give GP a shot. At least look at the list. Thanks AR for sharing the pics and thanks Max for the comment. I get ask all the time about the quality of Auctus Labs and if its on par with Biotech and Abbott export. I tell them all that I havenít seen or heard about a drop off in quality ever and I have never seen better Tabs produced out there. A+ all the way around. That Lab is as good as it gets.

I wish everyone would just grab a list, use the incentive programs, and give GP a shot. At least look at the list. Havnt posted much about my workouts in about a week due to some medication issues. Sometimes I hate Doctors but I trust all mine so I have faith they will get it right eventually. After yesterdayís visit Iím up to 9 different medications and I swear everyone of them make me tired although I hardly sleep ever. Ativan is the newest one. Kinda for stress and seizure prevention cause I normally know when they are coming. Please donít PM asking to sell any. I donít do that. I am trying to find Madofinil(sp?) somewhere that doesnít have a $250 minimum. Any insight would be appreciated. I ask
my PCP and he told me no way. lol Ohwell I tried the legal way.


Havenít missed a workout though. Somehow Iíve been dragging my dead ass to the gym everyday. My weight is at 209.2lbs
Definitely looking much bigger. Well not looking I actually am much bigger. XL shirts are now rags for cleaning. Moves up tk the XXL shirts. Strength is still increasing by the day. Leg Press is at 990lbs for 5reps. Again for me thatís really good because right now my arms are probably bigger than my legs. Lol I just tell everyone Iím built for speed in the legs. Hahaha

As soon as my delivery arrives I will be dropping the Dbol and Tren and switching to Var and EQ as well as adding Auctus Labs GH. Iíve never used the Auctus Labs GH before so Iím really looking forward to it. Everything Iíve seen on it has been positive and Iím really missing GH right now. Running it long term definitely makes me feel and function at the top of my game compared to not having it. If itís as good as everything else Iíve got from GP this time Iíll be a happy mofo.

My diet has neen off a bit due to being tired all the time. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon and my diet will follow suit.

Gonna got the gym late tonight. If thereís spotter to be had Iím gonna Max out on Bench before I stop the Tren to see where Iím at. Cant wait. Go big or in my case fall apart trying!

Yesterday I finally got to Max out on Flat Bench. That kinda thing really doesnít intrigue me anymore but I figured since I was discontinuing the Tren and Dbol and since Iím the strongest Iíve been in a long while Iíd give it a go. I will say itís probably the last time I will ever do it again because even though I didnít hurt myself I put both my shoulders under major stress that they donít need anymore. Both have been surgically repaired to the point where thereís nothing left to attach to anymore. Getting older sucks but Iím ok with this being my last Flat bench Max.

Started out with:

2 warm up sets 135lbs x 15 and 225lbs x12

405lbs x 1rep

445lbs x 1rep clean

Stopped there. Probably could have gotten a little more but I was satisfied with that.

Then went to Triís even though I was pretty spent.

Dips with 45lb 5 x 15,14,12,8

Skull Crushers with v curl bar
60lbs 2 x 15
70lbs 2 x 10

Cable pushdowns with small Vbar.

I can remember when I was younger the older fellas would tell me how stupid it was to Max out on bench. Basically saying the risk out weighed the reward. Just to let you know GPR I have not given up on my log. This is a great cycle but itís been hard to hold together and I gotta admit Iím started to really loose my patience with life. Since my last post Iíve literally been in the hospital more than Iíve been out. I couldnít see posting in a log while Iím laying in a bed. I did get a few workouts in but shortly after each one of them I was in a fucking ambulance. Iím home now. Again.

This last trip to the ER was NOT a good one. I went in because I lost most of my memory so that was scary. Worst part is I guess I was kinda in a Manic state so Iím told I acted like a complete asshole to everyone at the hospital and apparently threw my watcher out of the room. For anyone who doesnít know what a watcher is at the hospital they are paid employees that sit 24/7 with mental patients or suicidal ones so they donít hurt themselves. I guess thatís their answer to not using restraints as much. Although I apparently earned a set this last trip after removing my watcher. Mother fucker got up and opened the bathroom door while I was pissing. Normally I wouldnít of cared but if I end up manic I get super angry. I feel like I should get like 50 Iím sorry cards and just give them to the whole wing. I donít remember a lot but I remember enough. So embarrassing. Especially when Iím normal Iím the nicest guy ever.
Long term memory seems pretty decent so far. Short term is at about 50% maybe. Iím scared shitless about that part. When I first got injured I had to wear a bracelet that told me who I was and where I lived, etc. I use to hate that cause I did forget a few times but luckily Mrs. AR was there and found me.

Anyway even though itís my log and I paid for the products I still feel bad Iíve dropped the ball a bit lately since Iím using his stuff. Actually should be a great advertisement for his gear because Iím working out less and gaining like a mother fucker still!

Anyway last week I finally switched over to a few new things and dropped a few as well. This is what my cycle looks like now.

Auctus Labs HGH 7ius a day 3.5am/3.5 preworkout. 5days on 2 off

For me shit always varies a bit with every cycle depending on circumstances but thatís the basic look.

Right before switching everything I weighed in at 211.3lbs. Iíve gained a lot of muscle mass to date but Iím not as bloated as I thought I would be. Iím anxious to see what happens with my body and weight from here.

Iíve added another 40grams of protein and upped my calories a bit to all my pre made meals. Only because I feel like Iím out training my food intake and I know whenever Iím on GH my appetite can sometimes get out of control.

Im having to adjust my workout schedule slightly to a on one day off the next to accommodate working with my MMA student. It started out as a once in awhile favor to me being a full blown member of his staff since they are all boxers. Not sure how that all happened but I guess that will be the way it is until July when he fights. Did I mention Iím doing it every other day for 4/5 hours for free? Lol Yup Iím a sucker for kids in need.

Today was his day but tomorrow will be my on day so Iíll post up how my workout went. Iím wondering how much if at Ll
my strength will eventually fall to without the Tren and Dbol.

Absolutely understood bro and your 100% correct however Iíve set a personal goal with this one and itís actually within arms reach. I know if I stop now itís gonna eat away at me to the point that it will probably do more harm to me mentally than me running this out another 6 weeks will do physically. My mind can be my best friend but it often times is my worst enemy. Iíve learned to respect that and I understand for the most part what keeps me focused on the positives in life. I hope so anyway. I definitely appreciate your advice as well as everyone elseís. That shit means a lot to me. Thing is though since Iíve got hurt I kinda lost everything I knew up to that point. It put me in a very very dark place. Not gonna get into details but I definitely shouldnít be here. Thank you Mindless & Max. The positive energy definitely helps me. Sounds weird to say but fuck it Iíll take it. Itís been a really good 1.5 weeks since coming off the other compounds. Iím starting to wonder if some of my mental battles were caused by the Tren. Knock on wood but so far Iíve been in a much happier place. Might have to sell all my Tren I have so I donít use it for awhile. Iím thinking DHB is a better and safer option for me at this point. Who knows. Lol Anyway thanks again to everyone for taking the time to reply with positivity.

PS As much as I hate to admit this but Iím sore as fuck after whooping my mans ass today. Ofcourse Iíd never admit it to him but I think I might be the one who needs those days off. Am currently taking 1ml of NPP but, I usually go w/ Deca. I donít want you to think dhb is safe, as it not; but could be more safe mentally, I still sweat

The other 99% are literally killing themselves for peanuts day in and day out. Plus those 1%íers become one of the other 99% once they have run out of gas. Not all but many end up broke and/or dead. Itís a hard pill to swallow for sure.

Lol Well thank you very much but my fighting days are long gone brother. The injury I had during my last fight was career ending no doubt about that. That was 37 months, 19days ago. I think. Close anyway. I canít remember my address half the time but for whatever reason that date is stuck in my head forever. I wish I could forget that whole day but it never seems to completely go away.

Took yesterday off💪💪for some R&R. Tried to make it a day date with the Mrs. but sheís Sicilian and sheís still pissed about me and the Ice Cube guy debacle. I still donít understand why Iím the bad guy. I thought that protecting your wife from scumbag idiots was always the correct reaction. Nope seems like being an Alpha is a bad thing these days. Cardio I went for a real life run. It felt absolutely awesome to run outside. I definitely didnít set any speed records but I can tell you I got ALOT of compliments from people that saw me last year at this time compared to now. Iím very reserved or shy about that kinda shit but it sure did feel good to hear that all this work is really really paying off. Ended up Jogging a total of 4 miles. I know Iím gonna be hurtan for certain but just being out in the sunshine was worth it. Vitamin D is an awesome thing.

Man I gotta start out by saying this weather is fucking awesome. Iíve been running outside now for 4 out of the last 5 days and it has made a HUGE difference in my overall feeling of well being. Iíve always been an outdoors kinda guy but just being able to run again in the sun is absolutely fucking incredible. Itís easy to forget how good the sun can make you feel! Iím sure the feeling wonít last so Iím gonna enjoy it as much as possible this week. Supposed to get cold again next week I think.

Weight seems to be in a holding pattern. Still at the 212 mark.

Strength seems to be doing the same.

Still extremely vascular and I have that ďpumpedĒ look all day.

Only negative is my joints at this point. I knew the EQ would dry me out at some point and boy has it ever. Iím trying every topical cream that I know of but so far nothing is touching the pain. Sleep was getting good after coming off the Tren but now with the joint pain things are right back at around me getting 1-2 hours a night. Combine that with the meds Iím taking and Iím a walking zombie at this point. I do find Modafil a life saver now though. Iím just trying to not over use it. Well that and apparently my order has disappeared somewhere here in the states. Sometimes life can be very irritating.

Still tweeking little things in all my workouts. For example I went from a Vbar for Tricep pushdowns to a straight bar to hit my back triceps more than my head triceps. Ooooh boooy. Talk about a shock to my Triceps. Iím sore as fuck from just doing little things like that. Itís easy to forget about that stuff when your hyper focused on a certain cycle and workout.

Anyway that was yesterday. Today is Toenails day so Iíll be heading to his gym around 8ish. Heís actually been doing really well on his ground skills. Iím starting to see what all the hype was with him. If he sticks to a good ground coach. Haha He might actually do a little damage in the MMA world.

Ok I rolled with Toenail tonight again and now I definitely need help. My joints are on fucking fire. Iíve tried all the usual suspects on relieving some of the pain. Nothings helping. Anyone got any advice on dried out joints. Im thinking about adding a little Deca 100mg per week but really trying not too. Deca was gonna be in my next blast. It might either be that though or might have to drop the EQ all together. I donít know. Iím getting frustrated and need some advice. Max? Anyone? Lol
