This was one of the books I read and read and read as a novice back in the 90s.

Did anyone else here read and rely on this book?

Maybe it was 1997 that it came out?

Anyways, who remembers the Body for Life Contest and they gave away, was it a lamborghini? or a ferrari? I forget now.
