If you ever use Lantus , you use the same Needles - 32g 4mm (you cant even feel it ! A 31g 5/16” is small, and these are Half That length. Once I switch ; I’ll never go back: the dual chamber refill cartridges range from 10iu to 60iu . One side is liquid and the other side is lyophilized gh powder. After you load them in, you twist them in and spin a dial to prime it(they mix (then are ready to use) . Buying the throw away pens are too expensive. Even Lantus pens , the vials are cheaper and are 100u/ml 10ml which is equal to 3 1/3 pens. One sponsor had them last time I checked and you need a RX in every state for Lantus, Toujeo, Tresiba(best one). Glargine generic is the same and cheaper.

Some guys where able to use the EP carts without a pen and shown a way to push them and reconstitute the bac with the powered.. however, measuring out your shot would be tricky..I am going on Vacation.
