This needs to be back at the top. Super convenient new tool. You can skip the middle man and address your issue at the source for fast and easy resolutions.

Just an update, to all customers, potential customers and Friends alike under no circumstance can you email the company, do not email at all only use the ticket system.
If you are using the email address or an email address that you may have seen in a previous promotion or thread disregard it, we are only using the ticket system at this time that is the only way to get a hold of us..
People are sending tickets and emails you cannot do both an email is going to be canceled..

Please use the ticket service only upon opening the online store you will see it furthermore it's in my signature where it says contact us you'll see the ticket hyperlink..

We apologize for any inconvenience but this is the most accurate and best way to get a hold of us...

As V said, our new support ticket system is now the official way to resolve any issues you may have.

However that's not to say you can't come to your friendly PSL representatives if you have a quick question about something. We're always here to help. But anything that should be answered by our orders crew needs to go through our support ticket system. If you have a question and are unsure if it's worthy of a ticket please do not hesitate to reach out to a rep. We may be able to give you a quick answer and if not we'll have you open a support ticket.

It makes it easier for you, and admittedly it makes it easier for us as well :).
