I've never used a diet plan other the than common sense diet plan. But I've never tried to cut up either. I've always had the power lifter or football player body type. I've dropped 22 pounds just by eating sensible and keeping a 500 calorie deficit, and I'm sitting at 215, and 5'10". But now I'm stuck, so I have begun the Keto Cyclic plan for 10-12 weeks. My research tells me this plan will work for someone like me who has always carried over 20% body fat. I've done my homework, but surely would like to hear other's input and experience with this method.
