Caber caber caber! Most know this but if you donít, now you know....

Just use 50-100mg P5P each night.

Vitamin B6 is an effective prolactin inhibitor that is extremely cheap and safe. It exerts hypothalamic dopaminergic effect which causes a significant reduction in prolactin level.

Effects on Prolactin

Once vitamin B6 is converted to P-5-P, it increases dopamine in the brain. The rise in dopamine lowers prolactin.

I know what they do but how do they relate to P5P and dopamine? Thanks in advance for explaining.

NOTE: if anyone takes Vit. E, make sure it contains all 4 tocopherols as most donít. Most contain 1-2 and to some extent do not have the same effect in the system as all four.

I prefer getting my Zn from shellfish 1x a week.

VitE is a fat soluble vitamin and is an amazing anti-oxidant, probably one of the best.

Just found this, interesting....

ďThis might be due to inhibition of central prolactin secretion. Vitamin E inhibits pituitary gland hypertrophy in vitamin E-deficient rats.Ē
