This is exactly why I went through a dozen girlfriends before I found my wife. Once they get to know you they start thinking they can criticize you. If it isn't something like this forum, it's something else. As soon as it started I showed every one of them the door and made it stick. I cannot stand a critical women. If they're critical, they're disloyal. I went through a little episode with my wife too, and once she knew I was damn serious she changed her attitude, and has been a good supporting wife since. You ought to be able to use your time as you see fit.
