Two and a half years ago i was a fat behemoth standing at 5 10 & 320 pounds. It took me a little under a year and a half to loose 160. I thinned out got a base lifting routine and toned. Problem i was able to tighten everything but lower belly. Seems like just skin fucked up i kno. Ran my first cycle gained 20 in good size. Got my upper stomach really toned up but lower was still messed up.s there any remedy for that other then the knife?
