IM GUILTY OF VIOLATING THIS ONE TOO OFTEN REALLY. I WANNA GET BIG BUT I ALSO LOVE HITTING PRs!! YES YOU GOTTA GET STRONGER TO GET BIGGER, AT LEAST IN THE BEGINNING STAGES OF TRAINING, BUT, FOR THE MOST PART, VOLUME DRIVES HYPERTROPHY. IM NOT SAYING HEAVY TRIPLES ETC WONT GET YOU BIG, BUT ITS NOT THE BEST AT IT, HENCE THE VOLUME. I LIKE 6-8 ON HEAVY COMPOUNDS, 8-12 ON ACCESSORY COMPOUNDS, AND 12-15 ON SMALLER ISOLATION TYPE MOVEMENTS.
