Gyms are still closed here in Florida. Wondering what kind of improvised training yall come up with. I found out you can totally blast biceps by grabbing a 2 wheel dolly behind the first crossbar with forearms braced down the frame, and curling it up. You can grab it further back for more resistance. Also forklift gas tanks make a good thing to shrug deadlift and overhead press
