First off, I just want to say that I hope all of you are well and seeing through this time in good and healthy spirits. As a lot of you will remember, I had a rough time post-deployment a few months ago with my testosterone and E2 both crashing heavily. I started Test E 7 weeks ago when I got my results back in an effort to regain my sanity. And then enter the SARS-CoV-2. I immediately started to pour my deployment money into building a home gym for myself and it definitely paid off.
All of that as a preface, I am about to kick off a cycle here soon consisting of the following:
Test E250 @500mg/week
Masteron E @400mg/week
Turinabol @100mg/ED

Here are some beginning pictures for everyone, and a gigantic thank you to GC, as he has become somewhat of a personal friend through my time with him, and I will never be able to repay his kindness.

good luck bro. You could def compete at some point in the future. You plan on retiring from the military or you gonna embrace civilian life at some point in the near future? Just curious.

I appreciate you saying that, I’ve still got some time with Monte once all this shit is over with. I’m powerlifting for now to build my base back up.
As far as the military, I’ll have 11 years in October, so I think I’ll stay in unless I can find something badass in the private sector

I tore my bicep on my final deadlift October ‘18, but at that meet I squatted 440 raw, benched 365, and deadlifted 550 conventional (still got my lift with the injury). I was strong, but nothing freakish. I didn’t run crazy gear because I still had to remain fast and keep some athleticism. I’ve always been curious as to how strong I could get if I didn’t have to worry about running and being lean

so e-stats aside for respectable lifts, and your physique is very respectable that's why i asked

Haha yeah you’re right, people can bench over 405 but can’t seem to lift their ego to be honest.

Definitely appreciate you saying that, glad to have you around to see the progress. As far as my lifts right now, they’re still coming back up, but I think my squat is probably around 400 right now, but we’ll call it 385 to be safe, deadlift is probably right at 500, and bench is at 335.

i hope you get your lifts back this cycle, but if not and your eager to get them back ASAP. I recommend running RAD1040,ostarine or LGD during your cruise. A lot of people say SARMS are bullshit, but their def legit man. I'm running rad 1040 on my cruise right now, and making crazy strength gains on bench. Anyways ill follow along, and best of luck dude

140lbs X12
180lbs - 3 sets of 10

Focusing on extreme depth on all of my squat sessions, trying to get as low as possible every rep. One of these days I’ll get a picture of me in the bottom of a squat to show there’s no quarter squatting here
