View Full Version : T3 dosage/protocol

Just got some t3 from recon. I've done some research and seems like t3 is the one that controls metabolism and has weight loss effects. T4 concerts to t3. I think I'm going to start with 50mcg twice a day. Anyone have any advice on how to use this? How long?

I think that's kinda high to start. Why not 50/day

I read that t3 has a shorter half life and needs to be dosed a few time a day

I agree [emoji1318] with him. 100mcg a day is high start. Usually what works best is to start lower, pyramid up and down over 4wks, then 2wks off. Then back on again. Always split the dose upon waking and mid day. Just sharing.

Just remember what t3 does and what it controls. Itís not worth it at all to use unless your a paid athlete who steps on stage.

Whatís a good way to increase metabolism then if yours is slow without t3??
