my lockdown diet

PS:
the values are expressed in grams


My current weight is 162 lb (176-178 before lockdown)
With this diet I am in a slight deficit, maintenance.
 
If only I spoke your language lol no idea what your eating here. Is that an app your using for your diet or just a basic spread sheet?

I was bored, I downloaded myfitnesspal (my first time I use an app of this type)
the foods are rice, egg white, meat, almonds and ISO protein

beyond food, just see kcal and grams

I use that app here and there when I’m changing up my meals. It can make counting all the food a lot easier.
