If your wondering why im posting this ill tell you my last post was on me i needed help gaining weight well i did what you guys told me lift and eaat like a horse and i did i gained 30 pounds not fat either lean good muscle so i say thank you all for helping me
 
80% diet - 5% supplements, it's been proven over and over. Happy for you brother.
